When my shisha tasted strange, the bowl was replaced without any fuss, and everything was very pleasant and peaceful. If it's ever crowded and you sit next to someone you don't know, it's absolutely no problem; the people are incredibly relaxed. The price is great, and you really can't complain about the service. My only suggestion would be that you offer a wider selection of tobacco. I really enjoy coming here.
