This is my favorite place to be in Germany. It’s the place where no one knows my name but knows I’m coming almost every day. When I leave, they say, “See you tomorrow.” I come during the least busy times, and sometimes I’m still here when it gets busy. In a room full of people, they still see me. They make sure I’m good and safe. I’m learning so much about customer service from them.

We stayed here one evening. Really very nice and elegant place. I really like the furniture and its design. The menu is very nice and vast, we didn't try the food because we stopped for a drink only. I took one of their specials, in the photo it seemed well represented and a nice presentation arrived at the table. The friendly staff and sometimes a little absent. But we found ourselves very well. My drink was very good but there was a lot of ice in it. Next time we can definitely try something different.

No wonder it’s the best Shisha Lounge in Mannheim. It’s clean, the interior design is very chic and the waiters are attentive. You can order comfortably and anytime thru QR Code. If you have friends who come over in Mannheim, bring them here and you’ll never disappoint them. -1 star though because the Pizza could be improved.
