Awfully loud — music choice was just really bad, overcrowded, stinks. The staff is rude, unfriendly and obviously overworked. Also for the love of God in the year 2025 they are still allowed to accept CASH ONLY!! However the mocktail I ordered was really nice. I can’t recommend it the place at all.

I had a terrible experience at VIP Lounge Mannheim. The waiter at the door told me there were no tables and that I had to wait. But while I was standing there, people who came after me were allowed in immediately. When I asked why, the waiter bluntly said: “They are regular customers, I cannot let you in before them.” This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. Treating new guests like second-class people while prioritizing others just because they come often is pure discrimination. I will never come back and I strongly advise others to think twice before going.

They have very nice ambience and good choice of drinks/ shisha . We had very bad experience with service staff here . They were kinda rude .

I went there recently first time was good, next three times was not due to staff being rude. Shisha somehow was not that good. There is one lady staff member who can't speak proper English but she was polite the rest had some attitude. Asked to sit outside but made me realized unless I am with a girl cannot sit outside at a table of my choosing even though it was empty. I only go there because next to my hotel. However my advice would be to the staff be humble.
