I visited your café to watch the Moroccan football match, and while the atmosphere was nice, I witnessed something that was very disappointing. A manager (or someone in a leadership position) was shouting aggressively at a staff member right at the entrance, in full view of the guests. Everyone makes mistakes, but no employee deserves to be humiliated publicly. There is a respectful way to correct staff, and this was not it. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand that pressure exists, but professionalism means treating your team with respect, especially in front of customers. Seei
