K H★I am currently staying at Strato Hotel, and this has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had, specifically with the rooftop on the 8th floor, La Festa Lounge. In the afternoon, I was treated disrespectfully and told that “I come every time and don’t order,” which is completely unacceptable since I am a hotel guest and have the right to use the facilities. I chose to leave the area calmly and went to sit by the pool.
