Currently staying at The Avenue Hotel since May 15 and still have around 7 more nights remaining. The strongest point of this hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone has been very respectful, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Their attitude and customer service are truly appreciated. However, I want to share honest feedback regarding the hotel itself. The hotel is advertised on several platforms as “newly renovated,” but honestly the rooms and furniture feel very old and outdated. Many parts clearly need proper renovation and maintenance. We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation, the food is fantastic, and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. The bathroom is huge, with a separate toilet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was so delicious, it felt like I had prepared it at home myself. They treat children with special care... everyone is incredibly kind and attentive. The housekeeping staff is also very polite. Paul from security is also very kind and pleasant. And not to even mention the restaurant within the hotel (10+)... a wonderful experience. I even had the pleasure of meeting the head chef. Top-quality food.

I had a wonderful stay at The Avenue Hotel Doha. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful. The breakfast buffet had great variety and tasted amazing. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and great service. I have booked 4 nights on a full-board basis, and to be honest, this has been a very disappointing experience. With all due respect, I have been waiting in the restaurant for more than 15 minutes with no staff or waiter in sight, and the same thing happened at breakfast. Moreover, the lunch menu is exactly the same every single day literally no change or variety at all. The service is bad and very disappointing.
