It felt like an oasis in the middle of the city, the Rawche lounge located on the 7th floor of the Oryx Rotana Hotel. You can enjoy both the pool and delicious food there. When I mentioned I wanted to swim, the host, Ms. Asma kindly explained that the pool is for hotel guests only but on Fridays it’s open for dining guests with a reservation. She explained everything with such a warm smile. The waiter Mr.Manuel was super friendly and gave detailed explanations about the Lebanese dishes and Lebanese white coffee. We had a wonderful experience at the Rotana hotel’s pool and restaurant. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and very well-maintained — perfect for unwinding and enjoying quality time with family and friends. The ambiance was peaceful, and the staff were accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. The Rawche Lounge restaurant also exceeded our expectations with its delicious italian food, excellent service special mention to Mr Fares who's very friendly and accommodating, and cozy atmosphere.
