With as many people as there were working, service could have been much better. My coals were tended to quite well but after finishing one drink and attempting to get the attention of the waitress several times I never got a second drink. Living in the Middle East- I smoke quite a bit of shisha (for an American) and this was the most flavorful I've ever had. Obviously very good quality.

Don’t be fooled by the pretentious interior decoration as the shisha is bad and tasteless, the service is mediocre and the staff arrogant. I don’t know who manages or owns the place, but it looks like they hired their young incompetent friends/relatives. Unfortunately, there aren’t any other shisha places around the neighborhood, but, if you’re really craving shisha, go somewhere else. Avoid the cocktails at all cost as they are sugary and alcohol taste cheap.

A major letdown, especially while on vacation. Visiting from Paris, I was hoping for a relaxing evening — instead, we were abruptly kicked off our table by a waitress without a single word. No explanation, no courtesy, nothing. Just a cold, dismissive attitude, as if we were in the way. To top it off, they don’t accept card payments — in 2025, that’s simply unacceptable. There are far better spots in Barcelona where customers are actually treated with respect. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
