Amazing experience! Much more than a restaurant, Ziryab feels like a friend’s home - a place where you immediately feel like you belong. Very accommodating for gluten-free needs. Wonderful and super delicious experience. We were not prepared that this is a deaf supported restaurant. However the interaction and what is happening while ordering felt very human. Instead of just reading what you want to order, you actually focus on the person taking your order to see if they understand you while you show them on the menu (or if you know sign language by that). It some what opened my eyes, without exaggerating. The food by itself was superb. This was our first tapas experience and everything was so so good.
