We specifically drove all the way from Marbella to purchase a complete hookah setup. At first glance, the shop looks great—beautiful interior and a wide selection of products. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience. The cashier showed very little interest in helping us. When we were ready to make our purchase, we were told that the hookah could only be paid for in cash.
