I bought a hookah. And when I went to smoke it, the base cracked for no reason, on the very first use (it was clear there were no signs of it being dropped or anything like that). When I went back, they told me they weren't responsible and the only solution was for me to pay another €15 for a new one. So I bought the new one and said, "Okay, give me the broken one too, since I already paid for it." They said no, because they'd given me a super price on the replacement base and that way they wouldn't lose money. Unbelievable. Besides, they were incredibly rude and didn't understand the customer

Hello. I've been several times in the last month and I must say the service is excellent and very attentive, both in the physical store and through social media, as is the quality of the products. The reason I haven't given it more stars is that on those several occasions I've gone, it's been to ask about certain products that were apparently in stock online but weren't available in the physical store. I understand that stock levels can vary, but the response is always the same: - "They haven't arrived on time" - "They're supposed to arrive on 'x' day" (and they don't) - And similar responses

I went to buy a bowl and there was very little variety, hence the 4 stars. An important detail is that they didn't give me a receipt; I would have liked to have it in case it wasn't suitable (it was a gift...). Otherwise, everything was fine, both the service and the price! Cheers!
