Very disappointing experience overall. The place is overpriced, the atmosphere was boring, and the service was extremely slow. The vanilla milkshake I ordered was honestly one of the worst I’ve had -- very basic and not tasty at all. The shisha prices are far too expensive for the quality and service provided. We constantly had to ask staff to maintain it and change the charcoal instead of them doing it proactively. What frustrated me the most was that they opened and later closed the top floor without informing us, leaving us exposed to the cold. On top of that, they charged us an extra 100 l

They have two menus. One is for the Turkish people which has the real prices which the staff would rather fight the customers than show it. The second menu is for the foreigners which includes the original prices of the restaurant multiplied by at least 4. The staff treat their customers as if they’re providing them with favors. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to ever go there unless you want your money to be stolen or get in a fight if you want to actually see the legit prices

This is the best cafe I went in Istanbul for hookah. Very friendly people and very nice atmosphere. Specially the owner is very polite and nice. I strongly recommend you to go there and smoke hookah. 🥰
