Worst experience at Royal Qawali Café — especially with management (Mr. Adnan) We had a very disappointing experience at Royal Qawali Café. I raised a complaint to Mr. Adnan, the manager, about the bread being too hard to eat. His shocking response was: “I am sending a knife, cut it with that and eat.” I was stunned to hear this from the management. When I asked the café owner to listen to what was said, the reply was that their staff would never say something like this — completely dismissing my concern instead of addressing it.
