⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) | 5.5/10 At the entrance of Dubai Nights Lounge, there’s a small seating area with a few tables 🍽️… good if you just want to eat without being in the shisha atmosphere. To reach the main lounge, you then press a bell 🔔 and staff remotely unlock the second door. From there, the walkway is slightly narrow… you pass the toilets 🚻 and the bar 🍸 before the room opens up into the main space. Tables and chairs line either side of the central path, with monitors mounted on the walls. On my visit, these were showing drone scenery views of London, which didn’t quite fit the mood… somethin

Bad service and extremely rude behaviour from the staff. We had just entered, sat at our table, and ordered sheesha. Within 5 minutes of receiving it, one of the staff members came and told us to leave the table because some “special guests” had arrived. This was highly disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Customers should not be treated this way. Definitely not recommended.

After only 5 minutes of receiving it, one of the staff members came to us and said that some “special guests” had arrived and asked us to leave the table. Asking customers to move right after serving them is completely ridiculous and very unprofessional. Not recommended.

Used to be my favorite shisha spot but I have been left disappointed recently as I have been treated unfairly by the waiter. I came in with a friend so there was two of us, I asked for be sat on the couches as on three of the couches groups of two were sitting. The waiter then said no and said it was only for big groups?????? Another time is when he made a group of 4 people buy 2 different shishas? what’s wrong with him??This is the second time this waiter has been unpleasant.Disappointed to say the least. has ruined my experience will NOT be returning.
