When we attended Xhale Rooftop bar, this place had poor hygiene, no food and poor customer service. Avoid. We had booked this place for my friend’s surprise birthday and also came to watch the UCL game for Arsenal vs PSG. Firstly, it is an absolute pain to communicate and make a booking. It is obvious, that it’s much easier to actually get a response when you know the owners. I made a booking request email on the 6th May, and til now, that request is unmanaged. This place is a joke. Came here to watch the UCL final and they had NO food (just ntaba for £20?) and a limited (and expensive) drinks selection. They also charged £10 for entry when we had a table booked. Also the TVs were delayed & you couldn't even see half the screens because of the angle they were placed at. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Been here twice now. First time was not great. About 20 of us met at the lounge and we ordered cocktails with our meals. Safe to say, we all abandoned the cocktails. It wasn't nice at all. This time 2 years after, I have visited again hopeful that things have improved. The cocktail still wasn't the best but it was a tad bit better than 2 years ago. I asked the waitress how long my grilled fish will take and she said 10 minutes. From experience I know 10 minutes is unrealistic.
