Ordered 5 lots of loaded chicken fries through ubereats that we've ordered before only to be thoroughly disappointed they have now replaced the original recipe spicy sauce with a watery type of burger sauce and the chicken and fries were over cooked and rubbery where they clearly been overcooked and reheated in the microwave on more than one occasion and there was literally 3 strands of cheese in a tiny plastic container that they charge near on £10 for!!!! Was so awful none of us could eat it. Used to be one of our favourites but we will never order from here again because it was really that

By far, the worst experience we’ve had in any café. The staff here show zero respect or professionalism. One employee in particular treated us with arrogance and rudeness, as if we were an annoyance—not paying customers. We were polite, respectful, and did nothing wrong, yet were met with hostility. Today was the final straw. I brought a group of well-respected friends from Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia—only to be told we were not welcome. No explanation at first, until one staff member finally admitted that “Mohammad (the Syrian)” refused to serve us, based on some unclear complaint

Extremely disappointing experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone. How a shisha lounge doesn't have mint flavour, no hot drinks (for weeks), cash only, refused seating and forced 1 smoker to order two sheeshas as it was a table of 4 even though we explained 3 of us did not smoke and just wanted food. Add to that £20 for a shisha and no parking in the vicinity, I certainly will not be returning.

Hi there. So basically I ate at this place in person and it was banging. But second time I ordered from Uber eats. And the food was atrocious. The chicken in the chicken wrap I couldn’t even chew through it, I legit had to just swallow it. And I ordered chicken strips that seemed old or something cause I could barely chew through it was bland for taste when it was supposed to be hot. Please guys do a better job next time cause that’s £16 gone the Bin from me. If I knew this was the food I’d review i would’ve never ever ordered!
