Rell Made

view: As soon as I walked in, it was extremely hot and the air conditioning wasn’t on. I had to tell the waitress how hot it was. The place had just opened but was already out of many items. I went on karaoke night, but there was no karaoke at all. They were also out of most of the seafood and several types of alcohol. I ordered a drink and was told they were out of the specific tequila I like, but I could clearly see an unopened bottle sitting at the bar. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I probably would not recommend this place

Ray took care of me @ Cafe Circa. The atmosphere is lovely as you navigate both floors of the venue. The lower floor has the main bar with the dungeon feel. Upstairs is more of a college party feel or get out the way type of vibe. The greenery is at the top, the dungeon is at the bottom, the food is straight, waitresses are certainly solid - yokoso.

Definitely a time to be had when someone's throwing an event upstairs. The communication for bottle service could be a bit better, the expectation has to be set & in place for everyone to understand. Food is decent liquor is a bit pricey but strong drinks.

I'm giving this establishment a 4 star rating simply because of my server/bartender. She was attentive, polite and friendly. Otherwise, for free entry, it was a decent time. As usual, people come out to see and be seen without real immersion of the experience, but not everyone is a reviewer. The space is ample on the first level comfortably for about 100 people and the upstairs rooftop the same. The beats by the DJ was pretty good with a good mix of 90s, trap and hip/hop. Overall, I don't think I would attend again, but it wouldn't discourage others from trying it out.
