We are extremely dissatisfied with the customer service! We, a shisha bar in the Rhine-Main area, have tried unsuccessfully to obtain replacement parts by phone, email, and even social media. No response whatsoever. Therefore, we are switching our hookahs to a different manufacturer.

But customer service doesn't respond to the questions I painstakingly write down, and spare parts are impossible to get! The online store is useless.
