I've been waiting for my hookah for two weeks. The shop owner couldn't send me a DHL tracking number for eight days. I finally got one today, but the package still hasn't been handed over to DHL. They lie on the phone and rip off customers. Beware of scams!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I don't know the physical store, but the online shop and customer service are abysmal. I ordered a hookah for €150, was happy it arrived quickly, and then came the disappointment. Several parts were missing! The hookah has been unusable for four weeks now. Four weeks of statements like "it's being processed," "we can't find the parts," "I'll send you a replacement, but I can't find the original part." I've now been waiting for two weeks for the replacement parts, which have supposedly been shipped. No apology, nothing, just constant stalling from the owner.
