The shawarma was great, and the price is very reasonable. The service is okay. If you’re sitting in the shisha area at the back, you’ll need to go to the front to place your order and collect your food. The shawarma is prepared quickly and tastes really good. The shisha isn’t the best, but it’s decent.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were rude and came across as quite aggressive, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. What concerned me most was how they handled orders. Instead of preparing the sandwich properly, they seemed to rush customers and put the salad in first ans than the meat just to cheat. This felt misleading, as it looked like they were trying to reduce the amount of meat in the sandwich. It didn’t feel honest or customer-focused. DON’T GO THERE. This people don’t know what they’re doing there. Few months ago we went there with my friend ordered 2 falafel wraps and 2 chicken wraps, waited for 20 min thinking they are making our order and on the end the guy came out and said “no falafel sorry”. Today I decided to give them second chance. Ordered a chicken wrap and chips and got box of chicken and chips.

As a regular customer who had been visiting this place consistently for the past two weeks, today I finally saw their real and ugly face. I ordered 2 lamb shawarmas and 1 chicken shawarma. While waiting, I clearly observed the staff slowing down service so the meat could cook properly. They served the customers before me, and once they were done, there was no properly cooked meat left. The obvious plan was to wait for it to cook again and then slice fresh meat. At that exact moment, another staff member suddenly appeared and started working. Despite the shawarma clearly not being ready, he i
