So I attended this Hooka lounge for the 1st time on Saturday January 30th. What I will say is the manager who was on staff that night, I believe his name was Mohammad provided nice and polite customer service. Now the security Guard who was on staff that night was completely one of the most worse I’ve even seen. We were entering this spot with about 10 people in total. He greeted everyone with the most nasty attitude. Was very aggressive with his searching and how he talked to people. Especially seeing 8 out of 10 of us were women. Not a Chicago native but I probably would never come here again. They charge you a non smoker fee of $20 if you don't smoke hookah. It's a $12 BYOB Fee per person and they only allow 2 people per hookah. They say it's $45 per hookah but after no cash fees, adjustment fees and tax the hookah comes out to $58-$60. I went with a group and my friend and I couldn't decide if we wanted to get a hookah or if we were leaving the place to go somewhere else. The employee kept pestering us to pay. He eventually ended up taking the hookah from our friend because we weren't decided for about 15-20 minutes.

Honestly the hookah is terrible and they say 1 hookah is $45 but they added a service charged and a “non adjustment card fee”. If your hookah was good people would actually come and you wouldn’t have to nickel and dime everyone. My tab ended up being $60. Insane. Do not come here.
